||The incumbent should preferably have a Masters degree from a recognized university, with no less than 7 years of relevant experience with a well reputed organization, in the food industry.
Head of International Sales will lead the international sales function, and be responsible for international market development of frozen chicken products. The candidate will be directly responsible for developing an international distributor network, International sales planning and forecasting, whilst ensuring timely execution of orders to distributors in different international markets, in close coordination with finance, production, supply chain and marketing department for effective international market development.
The incumbent should have cross-cultural awareness, with sound knowledge of international trade regulations. He/she should have strong problem solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and English Language is a must. Command over any additional language(s) will be an advantage.
