Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C). Deep fry frozen Fillet for 8-10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C. Bake frozen Fillet on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
