Layer an ovenproof dish with 2 frozen K&N's Chapli Kabab, 3 capsicum rings, 3 brinjal slices.
Repeat the layering.
Sprinkle black pepper and pour tomato puree.
Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley and salt.
Drizzle cooking oil all across the plate.
Bake in a preheated oven, for 15 minutes, at 250°C and serve.
