Ready-to-Cook
Storage: Keep frozen.
This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal
temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Procedure:
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Do not defrost
Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (180°C/355°F). Deep fry
frozen Croquettes for 3 minutes, or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C (446°F). Bake frozen Croquettes on a baking
sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 7-10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
