Storage: Keep frozen.

This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.

Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.

Do not defrost

Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C/338°F). Deep fry frozen Fillet for 8-10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F). Bake frozen Fillet on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Caution: Product should not be fried on high heat; this will cause product to appear dark while leaving the meat uncooked.
