Storage: Keep frozen.

This is a fully cooked product.
For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, store in refrigerator.

Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly.

To defrost OR to use cold: Defrost Jumbo Frank Sausage inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use microwave oven on defrost mode only. Defrost until thawed.

To serve hot: Defrost Jumbo Frank Sausage as given above, prior to heating. Place thawed Jumbo Frank Sausage in a deep pan of boiling water. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
OR
Defrost Jumbo Frank Sausage as given above, prior to heating. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Jumbo Frank Sausage over low heat, turning frequently through heating.


Caution: As these are premium skinless sausages, they should be pan fried gently; over frying may adversely affect quality and presentation.
