Storage: Keep frozen.
This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product;
For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat
thermometer.
Procedure:
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C (445°F). Bake frozen Kabab Tikki on baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 6 minutes, or until cooked.
OR
Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Kabab Tikki over medium
heat, turning until cooked.
