Fully Cooked
Storage: Keep frozen.
This is a fully cooked product; simply heat and serve.
For safety, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat
thermometer.
Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product
within 3 days, store in refrigerator.
Procedure:
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Microwave Oven: For heating only use defrost mode; do not defrost outside, prior to
heating.
Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Kafta Kabab on a
plate and defrost for 3-5 minutes or until hot.
OR
Frying Pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to
heating.
Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Kafta Kabab over medium
heat, rolling frequently through heating.
