Storage: Keep frozen.
This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal
temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Procedure
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Do not defrost
Frying Pan: Preheat a lighthly oiled pan.
Fry frozen Pep Patties over medium heat, turning until cooked.
OR
Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill frozen Pep Pattis for 3~4 minutes
on each side or until cooked.
