Frankfurter Salad Platter
K&N's Frankfurter Sausage - 2 sausages Cream cheese - 1 cup
Mixed salad greens - 225 grams
Ripe tomatoes - 250 grams; thinly sliced
Cucumber - 1; sliced
Small red onion - 1; thinly sliced
Tarragon leaves - as required; for garnishing
Spring onions - as required; for garnishing
Black Pepper - as required
Thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions given on the pack.
Heat oil in a frying pan on high flame.
Add Frankfurter Sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until brown all over. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
Combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and Frankfurters with cream cheese. Drizzle with the dressing.
Garnish salad with tarragon leaves, spring onions and a final dash of coarse black pepper.

Low-fat mayonnaise - ¾ cup
Sour cream - ¾ cup
Tarragon vinegar - ¼ cup
Fresh tarragon leaves - 2 tbsp and more for garnishing
Chives - 2 tbsp; chopped
Fresh flat-leaf parsley - ¼ cup; chopped
Black pepper - ¼ tsp; ground
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well.
