Heat oil in a pan and slightly roast black pepper and cloves. Then add pre-soaked rice and mix.
Add raisins, whole spice powder, salt, and chicken stock, and stir to mix. Add water and cover to cook until 3/4th done.
Then add green chilli and food color, and cook on steam until fully done.
Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack.
Dish out cooked rice, and lay the prepared Fiery Fingers. Serve with hot sauce or condiments of your choice.
Mix all ingredients to make hot sauce.
