Ingredients

  • K&N's Fiery Fingers - 400 grams
  • Cooking oil - As required
  • Black Pepper - ½ tsp
  • Cloves - 10
  • Rice - 1 cup; pre-soaked
  • Raisins - 1 tbsp
  • Whole Spice powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - As required
  • K&N's Stok - 1 cube, dissolved in one cup water
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Green Chilli - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Yellow Food Colour - 1 tsp
  • Hot Sauce - As required
Method

Heat oil in a pan and slightly roast black pepper and cloves. Then add pre-soaked rice and mix.

Add raisins, whole spice powder, salt, and chicken stock, and stir to mix. Add water and cover to cook until 3/4th done.

Then add green chilli and food color, and cook on steam until fully done.

Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack.

Dish out cooked rice, and lay the prepared Fiery Fingers. Serve with hot sauce or condiments of your choice.

Ingredients

  • Chilli sauce - ¼ cup
  • Tomato Ketchup - ½ cup
  • Chill garlic sauce - ½ cup
Method

Mix all ingredients to make hot sauce.
