Thaw K&N's Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack and coat with flour.
Beat eggs in a shallow bowl, and coat each Bologna Slice in the egg mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry coated Bologna Slices for 1-2 minutes or till golden brown. Transfer the fried Bologna Slices to a platter and keep warm.
In a separate pan sauté garlic and season with pepper.
Add capers, heavy cream, lemon juice, parsley and lemons to the garlic and stir well.
Pour this hot sauce over Bologna Slices and serve immediately.
