Thaw K&N's Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Roll a serving of bun dough an inch bigger than Bologna Slices. Place 2 Bologna Slices in the center and add a spoonful of prepared filling. Place 2 Bologna Slices over filling and wrap the edges of dough over Bologna Slices and seal into a pinched knot such as dumplings. Repeat for all buns.
Flip the buns and gently slice small cuts on top to allow steam into buns, and set into a baking tray.
Brush each bun with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds and black seeds. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve fresh and warm.
Heat butter and sauté onion and garlic.
Add flour, salt, crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, and cook to roast till light brown.
Then gradually add milk while stirring. Cook into a thick mix; add mashed potato, green chillies and fresh coriander, and mix to cook.
