Ingredients

  • K&N's Bologna Slices - 8-10 slices
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Long Burger Bun - 1
  • Fresh Lettuce - as required
  • Cheese Slice - 1
  • Tomato - as required; sliced
  • Onion Rings - as required
  • Capsicum - as required; julienned
  • Cucumber - as required; sliced
  • Pickled Cucumbers - as required; chopped
  • Black Olives - as required; sliced
Method

Whisk butter and mustard together and add salt, black pepper, and cream. Mix and set aside.

Slice a burger bun, spread mustard sauce on bottom bun, and place lettuce.

Thaw K&N's Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack, fold to half and layer one after other on bun.

Place a slice of cheese, tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber, Thousand Island sauce, pickled cucumbers, and black olives.

Cover with top bun and serve fresh.

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp; chopped
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Method

Whisk ingredients together to make sauce.
