Thaw K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage and per instructions on pack and cut into 2 inch small pieces.
Pan fry K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage as per instructions on pack.
In a pot, heat water; add oil and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add penne pasta and boil until 70% done.
Add broccoli and boil for 3 minutes. Strain through chilled water and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil and onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes or until translucent.
Add spinach leaves and cream, cook until spinach softens.
Add 1 cup chicken broth, salt, black pepper powder and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until it thickens.
Add pasta mixture and cook over high flame for a minute. Add remaining ½ cup chicken broth and parsley and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Dish out prepared pasta and place prepared K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausages over them.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve. Broccoli Sausage Pasta is ready.
