Heat K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on pack.
In a pot, heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute. Add onion, red & green bell pepper and sweet corn; cook for another minute.
Add chilli sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Sautéed vegetables are ready.
In a wok, add K&N’s Stok and water; cook until it dissolves.
Add sautéed vegetables in the wok and mix well.
Add K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz in the prepared vegetable mixture and give it a good mix.
Add boiled rice and mix well over high flame for a minute. Add salt, black pepper powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle green onion and mix well. Chicken Fajita Rice is ready. Serve and enjoy.
In a pot, heat water, add salt and oil; bring it to boil.
Add soaked rice and cook until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
