Heat oil and sauté sweet corn, green beans, crushed red chilli, and mix.
In a separate bowl add mashed potato, salt, black pepper and white pepper powder, melted butter and mix well.
Fry K&N's Thunder Fillet as per instructions on pack and cut into 3 pieces each.
Evenly spread mashed potato in serving bowls and cover with sautéed vegetables.
Place Thunder Fillets and pour sauce to serve warm.
Heat oil and add flour. Stir well to avoid lumps.
Add salt, black pepper, and milk. Continue stirring to cook till sauce thickens.
