Method

In a wok, heat olive oil and add garlic and butter and sauté.

Add onions and cook until translucent.

Add basil, boiled spaghetti and toss over high flame.

Dish out spaghetti and pour the prepared red sauce over it.

Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.

Lay K&N’s Combo Wings over the sauce and sprinkle with fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • Canned tomatoes - 200g; whole
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Dried basil - 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Basil leaves - 7-8
Method

In a bowl, empty out the canned tomatoes and crush using your hands.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Add crushed tomatoes and cook for a minute.

Add dried basil, dried oregano, red chilli flakes, brown sugar, salt and cook for 2 minutes.

Add water and stir to mix.

Add fresh basil leaves and cook until thick in consistency.
