In a wok, heat oil and sauté carrots for a minute and a half.
Add eggs and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add frozen K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks and mix, until chunks start to thaw.
Add cabbage and stir to mix all ingredients.
Add boiled rice and mix together.
Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, spring onions and fry, stirring continuously, until the rice absorb flavour.
Serve hot.
