Thaw and heat K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, rice vinegar and icing sugar.
Add mustard and mix to form a paste.
Add salt, white pepper powder and mix.
Mix in tomato puree.
Add cucumber, tomato, iceberg, Chicken Tikka Chunks and mix well.
Add green olives, capers and cottage cheese.
Mix and toss the salad and serve with fresh greens.
