In a deep pan, add oil and sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add red chilli, diced onion and mix for about 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce, mustard and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
Add frozen K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add tomatoes and ketchup. Mix and let cook for 1½ minute.
Mix in vinegar and let cook for another minute and a half.
Add capsicum and mix all ingredients to combine flavours. Let cook for about a minute more.
Add salt and water, mixing as each ingredient as added. When gravy becomes slightly thick, mix butter and stir to combine flavours.
Transfer Chicken Tikka Chunks Shashlik to a dish and serve hot.
