Heat oil in a pan, add black pepper, onions and garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add curry powder, salt, ketchup and pour in chicken stock.
Reduce heat to medium-low and allow sauce to simmer for 10 minutes.
Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.
Add, along with fresh ginger, green chillies and cilantro, to the sauce and mix well.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
