Fry K&N’s Kofta as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil and melt butter. Add garlic and onion and sauté until translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes or until turn brown. Add all-purpose flour and cook for another minute.
Add chicken stock and let it boil. Add salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, soy sauce and stir continuously until thickened.
Add cream and mix well until gravy is creamy. Add Kofta and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Creamy mushroom meatballs are ready to serve.
