Glaze a muffin tray with butter, and place tortilla bread in each mould. Lightly glaze the centre of tortilla breads with butter and place a frozen Croquette on each.
Add onions, garlic, and a pinch of salt, black pepper powder, green chilli, cheddar cheese and spinach to each bread.
Place an extra frozen Croquette and sprinkle cheese.
Add a slice of red capsicum on each tart and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, at 200°C.
