Method

Take bread slices, cut off edges and crumb it into small pieces. Add to chopper and chop until fine crumbs are formed.

In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash them well.

Add crumbed bread, green chillies, corn, green bell pepper, egg yolk, garlic paste, coriander, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese and mix until all these ingredients are well combined.

Prepare K&N’s Fajita Toppingz ’n Fillingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.

Take bread mixture, tap it in hands and flatten. Add prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz ’n Fillingz in center and close it by giving it a ball shape.

Roll these prepared fajita bread balls in beated egg, then in bread crumbs and deep fry on medium low flame until light golden brown.

Serve delicious fajita bread balls with ketchup and enjoy.
