In a pan, heat oil, add onion, bell pepper, green chillies, salt and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add K&N’s Fajita Toppingz and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Divide prepared kachori dough into small size balls.
Roll out each dough ball into flatbread and cut it into 6 pieces, top it with prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz, mozzarella cheese and seal it like a ball again.
Roll out kachori using a rolling pin or hands and deep fry in hot oil.
Fry on medium low flame until golden brown from both sides.
Serve fresh fajita kachori with ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.
Add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil in a bowl and mix well.
Add water and knead medium soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes, before rolling out.
