Method

In a bowl add eggs, milk, salt, black pepper powder, coriander, tomatoes, onion, green chillies and give it a good whisk.

Prepare K&N’s Fajita Toppingz ’n Fillingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.

In a frying pan heat oil and add egg mixture. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Top half of it with prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz ’n Fillingz and cheese. Fold the rest over the filling.

Cover and let it simmer on low flame for another 2 minutes till it's ready.

Take bread slices and spread butter on it. Toast your bread slices on a heated pan, each side for 2 minutes. Take it off.

Top your omelette with prepared sour cream and garnish with olives, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos and green chillies.

Delicious Fajita Omelette is ready to serve. Serve with crispy toast.

 

For Sour Cream:

In a bowl add cream, milk, lemon juice, salt and white pepper.

Give it a good whisk until everything is well combined and cream is thick. Your sour cream is ready.
