For Garlic Cottage Cheese
In a bowl, add boiled fusilli, pesto sauce and cucumber. Mix well.
Fry K&N’s Fun Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut each into four pieces.
Toss K&N’s Fun Nuggets in the pesto salad. Add cherry tomatoes and mix well.
Dish out in a serving plate and add a handful of the garlic cottage cheese on top.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and basil leaves. Pesto Pasta Salad is ready. Serve.
For Garlic Cottage Cheese
In a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, black pepper powder, salt and cottage cheese.
Toss properly and set aside.
In a food processor, add spinach, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, red chilli flakes, salt, walnuts, parmesan cheese and olive oil.
Blend well into smooth paste. Refrigerate.
