Thaw K&N's Boneless Handi as per instructions on pack.
Simmer oil in a pan,add garlic paste and boneless chicken to shallow fry.
Add salt, green chilli, turmeric, black pepper, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Stir well to mix. Add water to cook until chicken is tender.
When cooked, shred it and set aside for later.
In a separate pan add wheat berries, rice, green lentils, 2 liters of water, and K&N's Stok cubes. Boil until cooked.
Grind the boiled ingredients into a batter, add shredded chicken, and cook to a boil while stirring continuously.
Once boiled, add sizzling spinach tarka to the pot and mix well.
In a pot; sizzle butter and cumin seeds, and add ground spinach. Stir to mix well. Pour sizzling spinach over Hareesa and mix.
