For Dough
Heat K&N’s Kafta Kabab as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
Divide 8 equal parts of prepared dough. Make small dough balls, roll out into flat circles and cut into square shapes.
Place 2 halves of K&N’s Kafta Kabab on prepared samosa dough.
Add vegetable filling on top.
Brush the corners of samosa dough with flour mixture and seal them together making a square dumpling shape.
Deep fry prepared samosa until golden brown in color.
Kafta Samosa Parcel is ready. Serve with ketchup or chutney of your own choice.
For Dough
In a bowl add all-purpose flour, cumin seeds, salt and oil. Mix well. Add water and knead into smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a cling film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil; sauté garlic. Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add green bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, soy sauce and mix well.
Add chilli sauce, ketchup, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Vegetable filling is ready.
