Method

In a pan heat oil, add garlic, onion and cook until translucent for about 2 minutes.

Then add tomato puree, tomato paste, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, basil and oregano.

Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on medium-low flame or until desired consistency is reached.

Prepare K&N's Tikka Toppingz ’n Fillingz as per instructions on pack.

Add prepared K&N's Tikka Toppingz ’n Fillingz in red sauce and give it a mix. Your red sauce is ready. Set aside.

 

For Assembling:

Take boiled lasagna sheets and cut some of them from the center to make a rectangular shape.

Now take a tube pan, grease it with oil, and place a long boiled lasagna sheet in it by overlapping a bit.

Spread half of the K&N's Tikka Toppingz ’n Fillingz mixture, then place shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover it with small cut lasagna sheets.

Spread cheese mixture on top completely and again cover it with small cut lasagna sheets.

Finally add the remaining K&N's Tikka Toppingz ’n Fillingz mixture, some more mozzarella cheese slice, and cover it with lasagna sheets.

Brush olive oil on top and sprinkle parmesan powder on top. Cover it with foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and let it rest for about 10 minutes before unmolding.

Unmold it using a spatula, cut into slices. Delicious tikka flavored lasagna pie is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup; grated
  • Parmesan cheese powder - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Basil leaves - 2 tbsp; chopped
Method

In a bowl add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese powder, salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and basil.

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Your cheese mixture is ready; set aside.
