Ingredients

  • K&N's Mortadella Slices - 4 slices
  • Honeydew melon - 1; peeled and cut into 3 slices
  • Rockmelon (Cantaloup) - 1; peeled and cut into 8 slices
  • Bread sticks - 4
  • Extra virgin olive oil - for drizzling
Method

Thaw K&N's Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack and cut into halves.

Loosely wrap 4 Mortadella Slices around the melon slices and bread sticks.

Arrange on a platter and drizzle lightly with extra-virgin olive oil. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
