Thaw K&N's Shami Kabab and mash.
Combine bread crumbs, beaten egg and mix together with mashed Shami Kabab to make a batter.
Encrust boiled egg with the kabab mixture and deep fry in medium hot oil or until the kababs are golden brown.
Cut Nurgisi Kababs into halves and arrange on steaming rice.
Heat the Salsa sauce in a pan and pour on top of kababs, and serve.
Mix all the ingredients well and keep chilled in a refrigerator.
