Fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack, and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry till caramelized.
Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
Cook till tomatoes are tender and oil surfaces.
Add yoghurt and mix kofta with ½ cup of water.
Cook on low heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add spinach and dry fenugreek seeds.
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Transfer in a bowl and serve.
