For Boiled Potatoes
Thaw K&N’s Pastrami Strips as per instructions on pack.
Wrap K&N’s Pastrami Strips around boiled potato cups (make cups as instructed below).
Fill egg mixture, add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then egg mixture and cheese again.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with sour cream, garnish with green onions, carrot and serve. Pastrami Wrapped Potatoes are ready.
For Boiled Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut into 2 halves vertically. With the help of scooper, empty it from inside leaving the edges to make a cup shape.
Bring water to boil in a pot, add salt and hollowed potatoes. Let it boil until 80% cooked. Strain and set aside.
In a bowl, mash the boiled eggs.
Add mayonnaise, green bell pepper, carrot, mustard paste, hot sauce, salt and black pepper powder; mix well. Egg mixture is ready.
