Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a bowl, toss together fennel seeds, whole pepper-corn, garlic, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, vinegar, dried basil and salt.
Pour olive oil. Add chilli flakes, black pepper, boiled pasta and mix well.
Add fresh dil leaves, thawed Pepperoni Slices and parsley.
Mix together and serve.
