Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Take pizza dough and make 3 dough balls, leaving 1/3 of dough for later. Roll each dough ball to pan size and set aside.
Place one layer of rolled dough in baking pan, and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes. Repeat for each dough disc individually.
Take the remaining 1/3 of dough and roll to a thin flat base. Transfer to cake mould and spread such that base and edges of mould are completely covered.
Add pizza sauce on dough base and sprinkle mozzarella cheese, onion, crushed red chilli, and Pepperoni Slices. Cover with baked dough disc and repeat process for remaining layers.
Finally wrap the extra dough inwards and tuck along the edges. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Dish out and serve warm.
