Method

Thaw K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack.

Take a round baking pan and grease it with oil. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes, marinara sauce and Pepperoni Slices.

Add another layer of mashed potatoes on it, cover it again with marinara sauce evenly and a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Fold Pepperoni Slices in half and place on the edge of your pan.

Add olives, sweet corns, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, oregano and red chilli flakes in the center.

Heat it in the microwave for 5-6 minutes or bake at 180°C until cheese melts.

Remove from pan and serve delicious pepperoni potato cake.

 

For Mashed Potatoes:

In a pan add butter, milk, salt, black pepper powder, cheddar cheese and whisk it well until cheese melts. Add mashed potatoes and mix well on high flame. Make sure potatoes are not very soft and mushy.

  • Oil - ¼ cup
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Tomato puree - 2 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1½ tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - 1½ tbsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup - ¼ cup
  • Fresh basil - 1 tbsp
  •  

Method

Heat oil in a pan; add garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add tomato puree, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, and ketchup. Mix it well and cook on medium-low flame for 15-20 minutes.

Add chopped basil leaves and give it a good mix. Marinara sauce is ready.
