In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic for a minute.
Add all-purpose flour and cook until fragrant over low flame.
Add plum sauce and cook until it starts to sizzle.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.
Add Combo Wings in prepared sauce and toss well over high flame for 1-2 minutes. Add black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Your Plum Chicken Wings are ready. Set aside.
In a pan, heat oil and add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken stock and bring it to a boil. Add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Add soaked brown rice and cook until 80% stock dries out.
Cover and steam over low flame for 20 minutes.
Your Brown Rice is ready.
