Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion until soft and translucent.
Add tomato pasta, tomato puree and mix well.
Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, sugar, oregano, lemon juice and K&N’s Stok. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
Prepare K&N’s Breakfast Sausage as per instructions on pack and cut into slices.
Add boiled pasta, sliced K&N’s Breakfast Sausages into prepared gravy and toss on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Place a layer of sausage pasta in a baking tray and cover with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Add another layer of sausage pasta and top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle basil leaves.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C or until cheese melts.
Sausage pasta casserole is ready. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
In a pot heat water and bring to boil. Add salt, oil and pasta and let it cook till 80% done. Strain and set aside.
