Thaw K&N's Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Melt butter in a deep pan and add garlic and ginger paste. Cook for few minutes.
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until tomatoes are tender.
Add frozen Seekh Kababs to the pan.
Mix in the green chilli and cook for 10 more minutes so that the gravy is a thick masala like texture.
Sprinkle with garam masala and cumin seeds.
Dish out and garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves and julienned ginger.
Serve hot with fresh green salad and Nan.
