For White Sauce Filling
Prepare K&N’s Shami Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Grease pastry baking tray, place pie circles in base and add white sauce filling, mozzarella cheese and K&N’s Shami Kabab on top.
Add white sauce on top again and cover with different shapes of pie top and brush egg on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Your Shami Kabab Pastry pies are ready to serve.
For White Sauce Filling
Add butter in a cooking pan, let it melt, then add all-purpose flour and stir well.
Add milk, salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, K&N’s Stok cube, mustard paste and mix well.
Add boiled carrots, bell pepper, boiled peas and mix it well.
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt butter, egg and water. Mix well and knead into dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into two parts, roll out one part and cut small circles using a pastry cutter for the base.
Roll out the other portions and cut different shapes using a pastry cutter for pie top.
