Fry K&N's Shami Kababs as per instructions on pack and set aside
Heat olive oil and sauté garlic and green onions. Add mustard paste, black pepper powder, ketchup, mixed herbs, red chilli powder and mayonnaise. Mix and add red and green bell pepper, and salt. Cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Make dough with flour, water, yeast and seasoning. Take half of raised dough and roll flat. Spread prepared filling in center of rolled dough across the length. Place fried Shami Kababs in a row over filling, and add dollops of prepared filling over the Shami Kababs. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Cut the bare edges of dough into strips without detaching from dough, leaving the center where filling is placed. Leave top and bottom strips broader than the sides, and brush with water.
Fold the top of dough inwards on filling and fold the side strips in braid pattern, and fold the bottom strip up to finish the pattern. Brush egg on bread and season with sesame seeds and black seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until bread rises and turns golden.
Serve warm with condiments of your choice.
