Slightly thaw K&N's Breakfast Sausages as per instructions on pack and dice all but 2 franks.
Place pizza dough on flat surface and grease with olive oil.
Spread pizza sauce and add diced K&N's Breakfast Sausages, mushrooms and capsicum.
Sprinkle dried oregano leaves and grated cheese on one half of the bread.
Fold the dough over, covering the filling and seal its edges by pressing together with a spoon or fork.
Sprinkle grated cheese, score 2 sausages and place at the top.
Set to bake, in a preheated oven, at 250°C for 10 minutes.
Grease the baked pizza with olive oil and serve.
