In a pan heat oil and saute onion and garlic. Add egg and scramble.
Then add boiled rice, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, carrot, peas and white pepper. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
Fry K&N's Haray bBaray Nuggets as per instructions on pack and serve with rice and sweet and sour sauce.
Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat till sauce thickens, stirring continuously to avoid forming lumps after adding cornflour.
