Fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
Add fried Kofta, black pepper, sugar, tomato ketchup and vinegar while stirring continuously as each ingredient is added.
Let simmer for about 10 seconds and mix in green and red capsicums.
Add pineapples and celery sticks and mix well as the gravy cooks for a minute.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with steamed white rice.
