Taco Pie Pizza
For Sour Cream
Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack and slice them.
Grease a pie dish generously with oil and roll out pizza dough.
Spread a thin layer of prepared salsa sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Add K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage slices; add another layer of mozzarella cheese and K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage, sprinkle jalapeños and paprika powder.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, until dough is fully done and cheese melts.
After baking, pour a dollop of sour cream on top, sprinkle coriander, tomatoes and jalapeños.
Taco pie pizza is ready to serve.
For Sour Cream
In a bowl, add heavy cream and lemon juice. Mix well.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add bell pepper, onion, tomatoes and mix well.
Add jalapeños and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add ketchup, lemon juice and taco seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes and stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
