Ingredients

  • K&N's Tender Pops - 20 pieces
  • Chickpeas - 1 kg; boiled
  • Pomegranate - 1; seeded
  • Tomatoes - 1 cup
  • Basil leaves - 1 cup
  • Raisins - ¼ cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Method

Add boiled chickpeas, pomegranate, tomatoes, basil leaves, raisins, salt and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.

Prepare K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack. Add to bowl.

Drizzle olive oil and serve.
