Thaw K&N's TenderBrest fillet as per instructions on pack.
Heat a grill pan on medium flame; pour oil and cook thawed TenderBrest fillets.
Drizzle oil as the fillets cook.
Flip occasionally, until fully cooked.
Set the grilled fillets on a platter and pour Baby Corn Sauce on top. Garnish with vegetables and serve.
Baby Corn Sauce
In a pan, sauté garlic in 2 tbsp oil for a minute.
Mix in baby corn and oyster sauce.
Add capsicum, black pepper and salt and mix together.
Add tomato ketchup, chicken stock and spring onions. Mix as each ingredient is added to blend flavours together.
Let simmer on low heat for about 20 seconds.
