Thaw K&N's TenderBrest fillet as per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, and lay thawed TenderBrest fillets.
Flip occasionally, until fully cooked.
Set the fillets on a platter and pour pepper steak sauce on top. Garnish with vegetables and serve.
Pepper Steak Sauce
In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in 2 tbsp oil for a minute.
Mix in black pepper, tomato paste and chicken stock, mixing each ingredient as they are added.
Let simmer for a minute, stirring occasionally.
Mix in cream and add salt.
Cook while stirring, till the sauce is thick.
